Key Responsibilities

We are on the lookout for a dedicated

Team Lead for Supply Chain Business Processes with a specialization in Planning

(m/f/d) to spearhead our global ERP initiatives across MM Packaging facilities.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing the team responsible for planning, procurement, and job preparation.
  • Facilitating and supporting the worldwide deployment of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), with a pivotal role in Supply Chain for our divisional solutions.
  • Defining, designing, developing, documenting, testing, implementing, and continuously enhancing necessary processes within the supply chain domain.
  • As a member of the global Business Demand team, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of the group-wide ERP system across all our facilities.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Possessing a comprehensive understanding of processes and technologies within the global packaging sector to drive improvements.
  • Providing support to local key users in training and testing during the implementation and ongoing development of our business processes.

Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications:
  • A degree in economics and/or technical fields.
  • Relevant professional experience in the supply chain sector, particularly in integrated business processes with an emphasis on Planning and Job preparation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities, eager to work within a multifunctional agile team.
  • A proactive approach coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and thrive in a project-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English (C-Level); proficiency in German is a plus.
