Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team and take on a pivotal role as a

Team Lead Supply Chain Business Process with a focus on Planning

(m/f/d) overseeing our global ERP implementations across MM Packaging facilities.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the team responsible for planning, procurement, and job preparation.
  • Facilitate and support the global deployment of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), focusing on Supply Chain aspects for our divisional solutions.
  • Define, design, develop, document, test, implement, and continuously enhance necessary processes within the supply chain domain.
  • As a member of the global Business Demand team, oversee the implementation of the group-wide ERP system across all facilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize your understanding of processes and technologies within the global packaging sector to drive improvements.
  • Support local key users through training and testing as part of the implementation and ongoing development of our business processes.

Profile Your Qualifications
  • Completed studies in economics and/or technical fields.
  • Relevant professional experience in supply chain management and integrated business processes, particularly in Planning and Job preparation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities, eager to work in a multifunctional agile environment.
  • Hands-on approach combined with strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and engage in a project-driven setting.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (C-Level proficiency); knowledge of German is a plus.

The compensation package for this position starts at € 75,000 gross annually, commensurate with your qualifications and professional experience.
