Join our dynamic team as a
Team Lead Supply Chain Business Process with a focus on Planning(m/f/d) to spearhead our global ERP implementations across MM Packaging facilities.
Your Responsibilities Include:- Overseeing the planning, procurement, and job preparation teams.
- Facilitating the global deployment of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), focusing on Supply Chain solutions tailored for our division.
- Defining, designing, developing, documenting, testing, implementing, and continuously enhancing essential processes within the supply chain domain.
- Acting as a key member of the global Business Demand team, responsible for the group-wide ERP system implementation across all facilities.
- Serving as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilizing your understanding of processes and technologies in the global packaging sector to drive improvements.
- Supporting local key users through training and testing as part of the implementation and ongoing development of our business processes.
Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications:
- A degree in economics and/or technical fields.
- Relevant professional experience in supply chain management and integrated business processes, particularly in Planning and Job preparation.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
- A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a multifunctional agile environment.
- A hands-on approach complemented by strong analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% and thrive in a project-driven setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, fluent in English (C-Level proficiency); proficiency in German is a plus.
