Team Lead Supply Chain Business Process with a focus on Planning

(m/f/d) for our global ERP implementations across MM Packaging facilities.

Your Responsibilities
  • Oversee the planning, procurement, and job preparation teams.
  • Facilitate and support the global deployment of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), focusing on Supply Chain for our divisional solutions.
  • Define, design, develop, document, test, implement, and continuously enhance necessary processes within the supply chain domain.
  • As a member of the global Business Demand team, ensure the successful implementation of the group-wide ERP system across all facilities.
  • Act as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Utilize your understanding of processes and technologies in the global packaging sector to drive improvements.
  • Support local key users in training and testing during the implementation and ongoing development of our business processes.

Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications
  • Completed studies in economics and/or a technical field.
  • Relevant professional experience in supply chain management and integrated business processes, particularly in Planning and Job preparation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a multifunctional agile environment.
  • Possess a hands-on approach coupled with an analytical mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and thrive in a project-oriented setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C-Level proficiency); proficiency in German is a plus.
