Key Responsibilities

Join our dynamic team as a

Team Lead for Supply Chain Business Processes with a focus on Planning

(m/f/d) to spearhead our global ERP initiatives across MM Packaging facilities.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing the planning, procurement, and job preparation teams.
  • Facilitating the global implementation of our ERP System (Microsoft Dynamics 365), focusing on Supply Chain solutions.
  • Defining, designing, developing, documenting, testing, and continuously enhancing processes within the supply chain domain.
  • Acting as a key member of the global Business Demand team, ensuring successful ERP system deployment across all facilities.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between users and IT, translating business needs into process specifications for stakeholders.
  • Utilizing your knowledge of processes and technologies in the packaging industry to drive improvements.
  • Supporting local key users with training and testing during the implementation and ongoing development of business processes.

Candidate ProfileYour Qualifications:
  • A degree in economics or a technical field.
  • Relevant professional experience in supply chain management and integrated business processes, particularly in Planning and Job preparation.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle), with a preference for experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • A collaborative team player with demonstrated leadership capabilities in a multifunctional agile environment.
  • A hands-on approach complemented by strong analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% and work in a project-oriented setting.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (C-Level proficiency); German language skills are a plus.
