Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Specialist to join our team in Vienna, Austria. As a Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, while also contributing to the development of our quality management systems.
Key Responsibilities- Administer electronic document management and training systems
- Maintain the quality management system, including coordination of gap assessments and local quality procedures
- Create and maintain local SOPs and quality-related documents
- Manage and support local deviations and CAPAs, as well as escalate and resolve field corrective actions
- Conduct local quality surveillance, including customer interactions and returns
- Participate in internal and external audits
- Contribute to the preparation of monthly quality reports
- Support health authority communications on product quality issues
- Develop innovative solutions to improve quality and patient outcomes
- Bachelor or Master's degree in a scientific discipline or applicable health sciences field
- At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies, with exposure to audits
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively as a team
- Embracing a lifelong learning mindset and taking ownership of professional development
