Job Overview

The IAEA is seeking a highly skilled International Human Resources Specialist to join its team. This role will play a critical part in the organization's efforts to promote excellence in human resources management.

Responsibilities

  • Design, organize, implement and deliver training and learning activities to various audiences, preferably in an international and multicultural work environment.
  • Utilize adult learning techniques and apply diverse training methods and approaches to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement performance management frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Analyze performance issues and propose effective solutions to improve staff development and learning.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in human resources management, social or behavioral sciences, public or business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum five years of relevant work experience in training and learning activities, preferably in an international setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of office software products (MS Office 2010) and proficiency in using them to support HR functions.

  • A competitive salary starting at $64,121 per year, tax-free and subject to mandatory deductions for pension contributions and health insurance.
