The 'Rewards Management' Team at Erste Group is part of the department "Group Remuneration and Reporting", responsible for Job Architecture and Compensation Analysis and Structure. They interact as a center of competence with clients such as HR Business Partners, Managers, and Members of the Executive Board.

Job Description

We are looking for an intern to assist in creating and further developing reports and statistics on various HR key figures, performing data analyses, and reporting. The successful candidate will also prepare decision papers and presentations for internal stakeholders and support the team in local and group-wide projects.

Your Background
  • Ongoing studies at a University or University of Applied Sciences with a background in economics, human resources, or data analytics, ideally with some work experience in HR.
  • Excellent data analyzing skills, hands-on mentality, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential data discreetly.
  • Fluency in English and German.
  • Advanced IT and MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Programming knowledge is an advantage.
