We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations Team at CheckYeti GmbH. As an Operations Intern, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply and demand chains, providing exceptional support to external and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor bookings in various markets
  • Maintain day-to-day operations, including providing support to providers and customers
  • Take ownership of and resolve cases efficiently, ensuring exceptional service for our providers and customers
  • Communicate with providers and customers via different channels, providing top-notch service
  • Build strong relationships with international providers and customers to craft unforgettable experiences
  • Train and assist providers to utilize our back office and self-service tool to manage their bookings
  • Identify and address process weaknesses within the operations team
  • Collaborate with the Business Development and Content Team to find and implement creative solutions, prioritize tasks, and achieve common milestones

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and time-management skills
  • Fluency in English (C1) and one of our core languages (German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch)
  • Ability to balance speed and attention to detail in work
  • Team player with a willingness to learn and receive feedback
  • Flexibility to work during public holidays and weekends/high season
  • Passion for outdoor sports and/or the travel industry
  • Current student, graduate in a social science or business-related field, or exceptional talent from diverse sectors
