About the Job:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Technical Support Engineering team as an intern. This role will provide opportunities to develop skills in troubleshooting complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working on projects that impact the entire organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP software products
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize project tasks
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Provide exceptional customer service through timely and effective communication

Requirements:

  • Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to learn quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with programming languages (ABAP) and software development methodologies
  • Proficient in English language, with ability to communicate effectively in a global setting
