Logistics Project Manager for Material Supply

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Project Manager to lead our material supply efforts. With a strong background in supply chain management and logistics, you will oversee the execution of annual operating plans, identify and mitigate material delivery risks, and develop timely reports to monitor key performance indicators.

Job DescriptionThis role will work closely with cross-functional teams to minimize risks in the planning horizon. You will be responsible for:
- Executing annual operating plan requirements to support the factory interface team
- Leading and participating in cross-functional teams to identify material delivery risk to manufacturing
- Developing timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges
- Developing and monitoring risk mitigation strategies, and coordinating root cause corrective actions and process improvements
- Overseeing inventory allocation in a constraint environment: Ensuring materials are ordered and in stock to meet company requirements, while maintaining acceptable inventory levels
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3-5 years of industry experience (Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics is preferred)
- Experience in semiconductor, aerospace, automotive, medical or chemical sectors would be preferred
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment
- Must be an independent problem-solver that can make high-quality judgments and decisions quickly with excellent organization skills
- Capable of building broad network for risk mitigation strategies and plans
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Strong data analysis skills, ability to produce, interpret, draw conclusions and drive actions from data
- Strong proficiency in using ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office (particularly with Excel)
This position offers a competitive salary of approximately €80,000 per year, paid 14 times per year. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including:
