Job Responsibilities
  • Support non-financial HR data reporting, develop standard and ad-hoc reports, and optimize our HR systems and digital processes.
  • Participate in annual report creation and monitor sustainability program-related KPIs.
  • Provide corporate HRIS roll-out support, resolve reporting change requests, and actively participate in HRIS processes testing.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Human Resources, Business, Data Science, or a related field, as well as strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience handling large datasets are also essential. Additionally, being tech-savvy, IT-literate, and having excellent written and oral English communication skills are necessary.

Experience working with HRIS solutions is an advantage.
