Job Description

As an Invoicing Specialist, you will be part of the broader accounting/finance team in our HQ, responsible for liaising with diverse stakeholders and clients across DO&CO Group for accurate preparation and submission of specific invoices. You will also be involved in billing clients for goods and services provided over our three business lines: Airline Catering, International Event Catering, and Restaurants, Lounges & Hotels.

You will provide great support to the accounting department in the HQ with bank communication, administration, and maintenance of master data. Your role will be crucial in ensuring seamless operations and maintaining the highest standard of quality in both products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting of bank documents, master data maintenance, and dunning
  • Ongoing billing of outgoing invoices to customers in the airline and event catering sector
  • Generate accounts statements while performing account reconciliations
  • Support the broader team with investigations and resolving any irregularities or queries in regards of payments, invoices, and billing mistakes
  • Exchange of data and constant coordination with operational managers across the business
  • Maintenance of the open item lists of our customers

Who We Are Looking For:

We are seeking a structured, independent, and solution-oriented individual with strong negotiation skills and excellent communication abilities. German language skills are a must, with good level of English being beneficial.
