Senior Mainframe Architect
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mainframe Architect to join our Payments Services Department at Erste Digital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the central Erste Group Payments System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the architecture of the central Erste Group Payments System
- Analyze and evaluate the existing system architecture to identify improvement potentials and enhancements
- Collaborate with the solution management team to design technical solutions that align with new specifications
- Ensure security, scalability, and performance of the Payments System
Requirements:
- Proven record of experience as a Mainframe Software Architect or in a similar position
- Extensive knowledge and experience in mainframe technologies and systems, specifically in Natural/Adabas or COBOL/DB2
- Expertise in designing and implementing concepts for complex software solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking approach, and ability to dig through complex systems
- Strong communication skills in English and German
