Sustainability and Governance Advisor

We are pleased to present an opening for the position of Sustainability and Governance Advisor within our newly formed ESG division. In this role, you will be instrumental in fostering sustainable and ethical business practices throughout our organization, concentrating on evaluating and enhancing our performance in environmental stewardship, social accountability, and governance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the formulation of ESG reporting frameworks and the Sustainability Report
  • Review and aid in the validation of current double-materiality assessments
  • Identify and evaluate ESG-related risks and opportunities
  • Engage in the development of the ESG strategy and work in conjunction with other departments
  • Oversee ESG-related initiatives and policies
  • Facilitate the integration of ESG principles across all organizational functions
  • Compile reports and presentations detailing ESG performance
  • Remain updated on ESG trends and regulations to adopt best practices
  • Support the enhancement of ESG profiles and respond to inquiries
  • Contribute to the establishment of corporate processes that promote cross-functional collaboration
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to stay informed on industry standards and regulations

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in disciplines such as environmental science, sustainability studies, finance, economics, business administration, or social sciences
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in sustainability initiatives, organizational sustainability, or sustainability consulting
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ESG frameworks, standards, and reporting methodologies
  • Adept at effectively communicating ESG topics to diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and IT capabilities, with proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
  • Strategic mindset and flexibility to manage changing priorities

For transparency, the minimum salary for this role is € per year gross; however, our compensation packages are competitive and tailored to expertise and qualifications.
