Senior Finance Manager for Treasury and Reporting

As a Team Lead for Reporting and Treasury, you will be responsible for overseeing the month-end close process, including accounts reconciliation, journal entries, and balance sheet review. Additionally, you will lead the Treasury function, ensuring optimal cash and liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and implementing company liquidity processes.
You will contribute to various projects and initiatives, including new system implementations and transformations. Your expertise will be valuable in leading Internal Controls over Financial Reporting and Treasury compliance, further developing accounting policies and procedures, and identifying areas for improvement in internal processes and internal controls.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance, Accounting, or Treasury, preferably with experience in a Big4 company or a similar environment. A university degree in Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance is required. Knowledge of IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards, as well as practical experience with ERP systems and accounting tools, is a plus.
