About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global eCommerce Activation Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our global eCommerce team, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Quick Commerce strategy across our international partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Global Quick Commerce Strategy: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to implement and execute Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy across our international partners.
  • Accelerate Online Sales Growth: Develop and execute innovative solutions to support local markets in addressing their local challenges and drive online sales growth.
  • International Key Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for our global Quick Commerce partners and work closely with the global eCommerce manager to achieve ambitious sales targets.
  • Lead Cross-Functional eCommerce Teams: Collaborate with international and local market stakeholders across Marketing, On Premise sales, Category and Trade Marketing to deliver unique solutions that solve business challenges.
  • Perfect Mobile Store Execution: Work closely with brand marketing, category management, and trade marketing to create best-in-class mobile-optimized content and drive In-App implementation.
  • Retail Media, Performance Marketing & Data: Design, monitor, and manage our global performance marketing activities, set up data reporting, and upscale our in-app retail media performance towards conversion.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years: Experience working with global brands (FMCG/CPG industry preferred) or market-leading eCommerce players, across sales and marketing.
  • eCommerce Background: Highly favored.
  • Performance Marketing: Experience in performance marketing, media buying, and selling with a proven track record of developing activation plans that drive conversions.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level.
  • Communication: Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms.
  • Influence and Leadership: Ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure.
  • Cultural Awareness: Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams.
  • Travel: 20-30%.
