About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global eCommerce Activation Specialist to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our global eCommerce team, you will play a critical role in driving our global Quick Commerce strategy and accelerating online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of our global Quick Commerce strategy across international partners
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to lead cross-functional eCommerce teams and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to support local markets in addressing their challenges
  • Manage and maintain relationships with global Quick Commerce partners to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Identify and acquire new partnerships with emerging platforms to drive business growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with global brands or market-leading eCommerce players, across sales and marketing
  • eCommerce background is highly favored
  • Experience in performance marketing, media buying, and selling with a proven track record of developing activation plans that drive conversions
  • Strong strategic thinking with a hands-on mentality, pragmatic in developing things from scratch and a passion to drive the initiative to the next level
  • Exceptionally strong communicator that excels in translating complex business issues into practical and relevant terms
  • Ability to influence and lead a multitude of internal stakeholders, including senior executive exposure
  • Understanding of cultural differences and ability to communicate effectively in/with international teams
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, flexible and able to work independently
