Global On Premise Trade Marketing Manager – POS Solutions Specialist

About the Role

As a Global On Premise Trade Marketing Manager at Red Bull, you will play a key role in driving the company's presence in the On Premise sector. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and manage POS tools, such as coolers and event equipment, to drive Red Bull's presence in restaurants, bars, events, and festivals.

The role focuses on strategic POS activation, utilizing data analysis and market insights for fact-based decisions. You will be responsible for tracking orders, inventory, and placements, and overseeing the POS lifecycle in collaboration with various teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement POS strategies to drive Red Bull's presence in the On Premise sector
  • Manage POS tools, such as coolers and event equipment, to ensure optimal performance and availability
  • Track orders, inventory, and placements to ensure accurate data analysis and market insights
  • Oversee the POS lifecycle, including planning, execution, and monitoring, in collaboration with various teams
  • Develop and implement sustainability initiatives to improve POS availability and transparency across the supply chain

**Requirements:**

  • 5+ years of experience in Trade Marketing, with a proven track record working with marketing and operations functions
  • Knowledge of the On Premise industry and Trade Marketing
  • Ability to analyze complex trends and connect the dots between multifaceted disciplines
  • Exceptional planning, project management, presentation skills, and experience with managing different stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic ability, with teamwork skills
  • Self-motivated, innovative, solution-oriented mindset, self-directed, do-it-now attitude, flexible, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment

**Additional Information:**

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 3,038.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
