POS Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Development Manager to join our team at Red Bull. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for the development and management of our POS (Point-of-Sales) products.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Create project-related briefing documentation and manage the entire tender process, culminating in the final supplier decision.
- Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of products within your category, from market introduction to phase-out.
- Category Management: Support the procurement function by identifying supply markets and emerging technologies.
- Sustainability: Work on improving existing products and developing new ones with sustainability in mind.
- Degree in business engineering or business administration or specialized qualifications with similar direction.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Profound procurement skills and basic contract skills.
- Experience in project and process management.
- Five or more years of professional experience in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product development projects, preferably in the environment of POS products.
- Proven experience and results in Sustainability optimization projects.
- Experience in the beverage or consumer goods industry is a plus.
- Distinct understanding of structured project management approach with multiple internal and external interfaces.
- Ability to work in x-functional teams.
- Experienced in working within a fast-paced environment, within a global organization.
- Knowledge of Sustainable Materials, Sustainable Product Development and/or Sustainability in Design.
- Advanced level Microsoft Excel skills.
- SAP experience desirable.
