Performance Marketing Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Marketing Manager to join our team at Red Bull Global Consumer Products division. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and performance of our online shops through paid digital advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive paid digital advertising strategy to maximize sales net of ad spend across various channels, including Paid Search, Shopping Comparison Engines, Affiliate programs, Retargeting Channels, and Red Bull owned sites.
- Pursue growth in new areas, identify and test new channels, and optimize existing ones to drive traffic to our shops.
- Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, and IT departments to support site promotions, communicate channel and product category performance, and respond to feedback.
- Utilize Google Analytics and other analytical tools to improve reporting, event tracking, and gain further insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Build, update, and improve reporting to track performance against set targets.
Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience in ecommerce/multichannel sales & marketing.
- Understanding of retail and strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Experience with Google Analytics and cross-platform reporting.
- Interest in fashion and sport is an advantage.
- Profound in Excel, detail-oriented, analytical, proactive personality.
- Hands-on mentality and team player.
- Travel 0-10%.
