Global eCommerce Activation Expert

Are you ready to elevate Red Bull's international eCommerce initiatives?
In this position, you will spearhead the execution of Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy with our global partners (e.g., Uber Eats, Deliveroo, Delivery Hero). Your main responsibility will be to oversee the implementation of our partnerships in the top 25 markets worldwide.
By working in close collaboration with both internal teams and external partners, you will ensure optimal mobile store execution across key grocery and restaurant delivery platforms. You will strategize and orchestrate retail media campaigns across our global partners, while also establishing data-sharing reports to monitor the effectiveness of our campaigns.
Your insights into shopper behavior will be crucial in enhancing Red Bull's Quick Commerce strategy, with the ultimate goal of leading the Energy Drink sector in this rapidly expanding market.
Role ResponsibilitiesCONTRIBUTE TO THE GLOBAL QUICK-COMMERCE STRATEGY AND BOOST ONLINE SALES
As an International eCommerce Activation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Red Bull's eCommerce vision and strategy. You will actively participate in building Red Bull's global digital sales capabilities, devising innovative solutions to assist local markets in overcoming their unique challenges.
MANAGE INTERNATIONAL KEY ACCOUNTS
You will serve as the primary liaison for our global Quick Commerce partners. Supported by the global eCommerce manager, you will be tasked with achieving ambitious sales objectives with our key account partners. Additionally, you will identify, onboard, and nurture new partnerships with emerging platforms.
LEAD CROSS-FUNCTIONAL E-COMMERCE TEAMS
Your role will involve collaborating with international and local market stakeholders across various departments, including Marketing (Brand and Advertising), On-Premise Sales, and Trade Marketing. You will identify and spearhead initiatives to deliver innovative solutions that address business challenges.
ENSURE EXCEPTIONAL MOBILE STORE EXECUTION
Working closely with brand marketing, category management, and trade marketing, you will create top-tier mobile-optimized content and drive in-app implementation. You will provide guidance and hands-on support to enhance search visibility and maximize Red Bull's presence on Quick Commerce applications.
OVERSEE RETAIL MEDIA, PERFORMANCE MARKETING & DATA ANALYSIS
Your responsibilities will include designing, monitoring, and managing our global performance marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with our Quick Commerce partners to establish data reporting systems aimed at enhancing our in-app retail media performance and driving conversions.
QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of experience working with global brands (preferably in the FMCG/CPG sector) or leading eCommerce companies, with a focus on sales and marketing.
A background in eCommerce is highly desirable.
Proven experience in performance marketing, media buying, and sales, with a track record of developing effective activation plans that drive conversions.
Strong strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, adept at developing initiatives from the ground up and passionate about advancing projects to the next level.
Exceptional communication skills, capable of translating complex business challenges into practical solutions.
Ability to influence and lead a diverse range of internal stakeholders, including senior executives.
Understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to communicate effectively with international teams.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working independently.
Additional InformationIn compliance with legal requirements, we disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is €2,229 gross per month. However, our competitive compensation package is based on market rates and significantly exceeds this minimum.
