About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled International Key Account Specialist to join our On Premise Key Account team at Red Bull. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in securing new business with major global accounts and developing strategic partnerships to boost Red Bull's distribution and sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the International Key Account Manager in securing top-down agreements with global Tier 1 Limited Service Restaurants (LSR) target accounts by executing key projects derived from our global LSR strategy.
  • Develop and implement robust Joint Business Plans (JBPs) with the Global and local Trade Marketing Teams to ensure sustainable growth and excellence in execution.
  • Monitor existing agreements with global accounts, identify potential distribution and executional gaps, and transform insights into actionable strategies at the outlet level.
  • Develop and integrate the Red Bull Strategy towards Global Strategic Accounts in LSR into our overall Global On Premise Strategy.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Account Management, ideally within the On Premise or FMCG business.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to translate complex business topics into practical and relevant terms.
  • Advanced problem-solving skills with a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment and travel up to 30%.
