International Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Key Account Manager to join our Global Key Account team in Red Bull HQ, Salzburg, Austria.
This role involves managing international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances, under the lead of a senior Key Account Manager.
You will be responsible for negotiating and coordinating with international customers and Red Bull countries, leveraging customer and shopper data to derive actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and Red Bull countries.
- Negotiate and coordinate international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances.
- Drive and deploy global channel and segment strategies with market teams.
- Support top 25 Red Bull countries in strategic planning process.
- Offer hands-on support to selected countries to optimize local management of key accounts.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of key account management experience in an FMCG company.
- Active listener and excellent communicator/facilitator/presenter.
- Strong analytical skills & problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated, able to work independently as well as strong team player.
- Innovative with solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent skills in MS Office programs.
Additional Information:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,717.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
