We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced International Key Account Manager to join our Global Key Account team at Red Bull HQ in Salzburg, Austria.
Key Responsibilities- Negotiate and coordinate international key accounts, retail buying groups, and purchasing alliances.
- Manage day-to-day business relationships with international customers and Red Bull countries.
- Develop and deploy global channel and segment strategies with market teams.
- Support top 25 Red Bull countries in strategic planning process.
- Offer hands-on support to selected countries to optimize local management of key accounts.
- Drive expansion and enhancement of Customer Profitability & Value chain analysis concepts and systems.
- Implement statistical forecasting tools in selected Red Bull markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Minimum 4 years of key account management experience.
- Active listener and excellent communicator, facilitator, and presenter.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Strong team player with innovative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent skills in MS Office programs.
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2,717.00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
