Finance Operations & Processes - Business Analyst (all genders)

Join Vienna Insurance Group, the leading insurance group in Central and Eastern Europe, as a Business Analyst in Finance Operations & Processes. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to support our Group-wide SAP systems and participate in the S/4 Hana Transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Support VIG insurance companies in the installation and enhancement of our Group-wide SAP systems.
  • Participate in the groupwide S/4 Hana Transformation on the business side.
  • Coordinate and describe requests related to finance, and provide support throughout the request life cycle.
  • Support and lead Group companies through Group reporting processes.
  • Liaise with various specialist departments.
  • Involvement in various finance-related projects, especially with focus on SAP.
  • Responsibility for ensuring the fulfilment of user acceptance tests (UATs) and related documentation.

Your Profile:
  • Relevant, completed degree in business informatics, finance and accounting or similar.
  • Relevant professional experience as an interface function between business and IT.
  • Profound knowledge and experience in working with SAP systems, ideally with S/4 HANA.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills in an international working environment.
  • Reliability and high ability to work under pressure as well as an independent and responsible approach.
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage but not a requirement.

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138,19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
