Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and respond to communication channels and ticket systems, ensuring timely and effective incident resolution and service request fulfillment.
  • Evaluate and escalate complex incidents or requests to backend teams, coordinating solution attempts and ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Utilize technical expertise to install, configure, and deploy cutting-edge devices for our modern Windows, MacOS, and Linux workstations, leveraging automation techniques to optimize efficiency.
  • Prepare and maintain digital collaboration tools, meeting room, and conference area equipment for internal events, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Understand and evaluate the IT needs of our employees, providing user training and support to enhance their productivity and job satisfaction.
  • Ensure accurate hardware asset information and regular disposal of assets, maintaining a high level of data integrity.
  • Support the implementation of local and regional projects as part of global programs, such as the deployment of new client hardware and software technologies.
  • Collaborate with IT process, service, technology, and license management teams to create and analyze reports, support annual fixed asset updates, and document standard operating procedures in the knowledge base.
  • Participate in IT projects for continuous improvements, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

    Requirements:

    • Completed IT education and practical experience in IT support.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and accurately diagnose IT-related issues.
    • Focus on customer satisfaction and service orientation.
    • Experience in monitoring and tracking daily IT support business.
    • Knowledge in the Microsoft environment (OS, AD, M365, etc.).
    • Knowledge in the Apple or Linux environment is advantageous.
    • Basic expertise in the infrastructure environment (network, etc.).
    • Experience in working with globally distributed IT teams.
    • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus.
    • Fluent in English and German.
