Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for existing business relationships and partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support, ensuring seamless communication with customers worldwide
  • Clarify customer requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Establish and maintain direct technical interfaces with customers globally
  • Conduct technical analysis of hardware and software products, identifying areas for improvement
  • Serve as a communication interface between customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration
  • Install and support optical systems at customer locations
Requirements
  • Hold a completed technical training (HTL, FH, TU) with a focus on electrical engineering, electronics, computer science, or equivalent
Desirable Skills
  • Excellent technical understanding, particularly in the field of opto-mechatronics and cameras
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and German
  • Willingness to travel globally for business purposes
  • Knowledge of software (C++), current libraries, and computer vision
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
  • Proactive and communicative personality with strong organizational skills
