Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to join our Finance Team at Radancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving accountability and visibility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to drive business growth and decision-making.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.

Financial Reporting and Compliance

  • Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including Austrian tax law.

Leadership and Collaboration

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with external partners, including collection agencies and tax agencies.

Requirements

  1. Graduation from a business school (HAK) or higher education.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance (SaaS Company) or an accounting firm.
  3. Advanced skills with Microsoft, especially Excel, with proven financial modeling skills.
  4. Functional knowledge of financial reporting systems and methodologies, such as SAP and/or Salesforce.
  5. Proven capabilities in analyzing financial statements, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows.
  6. Experience with the preparation and creation of monthly/annual financial statements.
  7. Knowledge of Austrian tax law desirable.
  8. Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
  9. High degree of accuracy, sense of responsibility, and initiative.
  10. Independent, structured, and results-oriented work.
  11. Logical and analytical way of thinking with a strong understanding of numbers.
  12. Good communication skills and team-orientation.
