Job Description


As a Segment Controlling Specialist at Greiner, you will act as a business partner for the General Manager of the Aviation & Railway division. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Supporting our sites in USA, China, and Czech Republic with various controlling activities
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of monthly financial closing
  • Preparing and facilitating P&L reviews, including data preparation and coordination with management
  • Coordinating budget, forecast, and MYP planning processes
  • Supporting the Sales Team and the Commercial Excellence Team
  • Overseeing ongoing reporting, conducting ad hoc analyses, and target-performance comparisons, including variance analysis
  • Actively participating in various financial projects
  • Identifying and minimizing potential risks within the scope of risk management


Your Profile


We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and qualifications:



  • Fiscal education (university or equivalent), ideally with a focus on controlling
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in a manufacturing company
  • Strong computer skills, with SAP knowledge being an advantage
  • Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
  • Ability to work with numerical data
  • Logical and analytical thinking
  • Precise working style
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
