Your Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Strategic Project Manager to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting quality standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product management, product marketing, sales enablement, and senior leadership.
  • Evaluating customer feedback, sales data, and other indicators to identify issues and opportunities, and developing action plans to address them.
  • Providing regular performance and project updates to senior leadership and preparing decisions for steering.
  • Forging partnerships necessary for product success.
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in English and German, both written and spoken.
  • A university degree from a top business school or other related university.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in high-performance environments, preferably in tech startups and high-growth SaaS companies.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting company is a must.
  • Strong thought leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to drive business decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and information clearly, effectively, and in a structured way.
  • Team spirit and interest in a high-growth scale-up environment.
  • A valid work permit for Austria.
