About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director to join our team at Link Worldwide. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and growing our relationships with major clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects and services that meet client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure business growth and profitability.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and emerging trends to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in account management, business development, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Experience working with drinks-related companies or similar industries.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
