Project Manager for International Defence Projects

Frequentis Group, an international supplier of communication and information systems, seeks a skilled Project Manager to lead projects in the Strategic Business Unit "Defence". The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, a strong understanding of customer needs, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for international customer projects
  • Active planning, control, and coordination of project resources
  • Ongoing reporting of project status and compliance with project goals and standards
  • Participation in risk, claim, and change management processes
  • Internal and external stakeholder management
  • Elaboration of change requests and support of proposal coordination with Sales
Requirements
  • Completed business or technical education
  • At least 2 to 4 years of professional experience as a project manager
  • Knowledge and experience of common project management tools and methods
  • Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
  • High level of customer understanding and confident demeanor
  • Strong analytical thinking and comprehension of technical contexts
  • Strong interpersonal skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Project management certification advantageous
