Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Strategic Operations Partner to join our Vienna Team. This dynamic role will provide strategic and operational support as the company continues to scale and drive key strategic initiatives, streamline operations, and ensure seamless execution across the organization.
- Develop and execute business strategies that align with company goals and drive growth.
- Manage the annual strategy and budgeting processes, as well as the quarterly OKR processes.
- Oversee high-impact cross-functional projects, ensuring timely and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct in-depth analysis to provide actionable insights and recommendations for the leadership team, utilizing a data-driven approach.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a similar strategic/analytical role.
- Dedicated work ethic, proactive attitude, and commitment to a goal-oriented environment.
- Desire to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial organization.
- Passionate about driving initiatives, excellent project management skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
