Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Meetings Associate to join our team at Schira & Leutner Personalberatung. As a Meetings Associate, you will be responsible for managing meetings and events, ensuring compliance with global standards, and providing project management expertise to ensure meeting expectations are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Comply with global standards on meetings and events, and ensure all relevant policies and procedures are followed.
  • Be responsible for audit readiness and compliance requests, and understand meeting programs, business needs, and the needs of business partners.
  • Consult and provide project management expertise to ensure meeting expectations are met.
  • Support the meeting program through multiple systems and tools, and initiate and facilitate optimization opportunities connected with processes, systems, and people.
  • Establish and maintain internal strategic partnerships with compliance, finance, procurement, and other functions to facilitate cross-functional work.
  • Effectively lead, collaborate, and manage multiple relationships with external vendors and partners to positively impact customer experience.
  • Oversight operations across external meetings, advisory boards, and other services activities with a project management approach and focus on end customer and stakeholder experience.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language, knowledge of German is an advantage.
  • Project management experience is preferred, knowledge and expertise using systems, applications, or devices such as MS Office 365, SAP, others.
  • Minimum of 3 years of pharmaceutical industry experience or meetings and events background desired.
Additional Information:

The position is based in Vienna with direct report to the US. Up to 20-25% travel required. The annual gross salary starts at appr. 50,000 EUR. Our customer is willing to pay higher, based on the quality of your experience and professional background.
