We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Program Manager to join our team at Dynatrace. As a key member of our solution leadership team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the collaboration of product management and engineering for the Automations solution of our product.
Your primary focus will be on fostering the creation, prioritization, and predictable realization of the solution roadmap, with particular attention to collaboration and dependencies. You will also be responsible for ensuring that you have up-to-date data to report to upper management and facilitate decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate solution-specific meetings and workshops
- Support preparing presentation material
- Drive cross-functional topics as a Project Manager
- Roll out and scale agile methods and principles in parts of the organization
- Optimize agile methods and principles continuously
- Several years of professional experience as an agile project/program manager or enterprise agile coach
- Excellent project management, execution, and planning skills
- Strong communication skills, experience running workshops using various techniques
- Experience with scaled agile practices in large organizations
- Excellent English skills
At Dynatrace, we offer a competitive salary with a minimum of $60,000 per annum based on full-time for this position. The final offer could be higher in line with qualifications and experience.
