Senior Sales Director for Restaurant Partnerships

Our Mission
">We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Director to lead our restaurant partnerships in the region. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and expand our market presence.
About the Role
">The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, with experience in managing high-performing teams and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including restaurant partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to develop the portfolio and grow Wolt's business in the market, including building needed processes for pipeline management.">
- Retailer Portfolio Development: Own the retailer portfolio development strategy, which includes evaluating market potential and mapping potential new areas, identifying gaps in the venue portfolio, keeping abreast of competitor activities, and developing/adjusting plans when needed.">
- KPI Tracking and Analysis: Identify and track KPIs and targets across other sales focus areas, key account development, and new market opportunities.">
- Negotiations and Partnership Management: Conduct negotiations with larger multinational partnerships together with the Global Restaurant team.">
- Talent Leadership: Lead the entire restaurant team with a 'best in the world' approach in all that you do, proactively driving the development of our account management function and ensuring strong collaboration between this team and partner acquisition.">
- Languages and Qualifications: Fluent in English and German. Proven track record from managing a sales team and leading from the front. Excellent analytical skills - such as translating data into actions, or analysing sales metrics and producing relevant KPIs.">
