Senior HR Business Partner for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at cargo-partner GmbH, an innovative logistics company based in Lower Austria. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values purpose, challenge, and growth.

Job Summary:

The Senior HR Business Partner will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on human resources strategy and implementation across regions. This includes collaborating with business leaders to develop HR plans aligned with business objectives, managing employee relations and HR operations, and monitoring workforce metrics.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to translate their needs into HR plans, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Manage Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Policy Implementation, ensuring resolutions respect HR policies and practices while adhering to local regulations.
  • Monitor workforce metrics, oversee performance management, and identify talent to coordinate development programs ensuring succession planning and business continuity.
  • Collaborate with centers of excellence to deliver support in hiring, retention, and restructuring related tasks and drive change management during transformations.
  • Support organizational design efforts to optimize team structure and reporting lines for operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with regional HR teams to provide guidance and assistance with local challenges.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Completed business studies with a focus on HR management (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred).
  • Previous involvement in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Proficient in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management.

What We Offer:

Minimum salary is starting from EUR 60,000 gross annually. The final compensation may go above depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
