About the Role

We need a skilled HR expert who can operate at a high level of influence, providing strategic guidance on human resources strategy and implementation across regions while ensuring local compliance and cultural sensitivity.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business leaders to translate their needs into actionable HR plans aligned with business objectives: advise on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Manage Employee Relations, HR Operations, and Policy Implementation: serve as an escalation point for employee relation issues, ensuring resolutions respect HR policies and practices while adhering to local regulations.
  • Monitor workforce metrics, oversee performance management, and identify top talent to coordinate development programs that ensure succession planning and business continuity.
  • Partner with centers of excellence such as talent acquisition, compensation, and L&D to deliver support in hiring, retention, and restructuring-related matters and drive change management during transformations.
  • Support organizational design efforts to optimize team structure and reporting lines for operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with regional HR to offer guidance and assist with local challenges.
About You

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, including experience as an HR Business Partner.
  • Completed business studies with a focus on HR management (Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred).
  • Previous involvement in workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management.
  • Proficient in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong understanding of labor laws, conflict resolution, and change management.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary starting from EUR 60,000 gross annually*, with the potential for higher compensation based on your professional qualifications and experience.*The final compensation may go above, depending on your professional qualifications and experience.
