Cargo-partner GmbH seeks an experienced and visionary Strategic HR Development Manager to drive organizational long-term success by empowering employees to thrive.

This is a full-time job in a hybrid working environment with the possibility of remote work from various locations across Europe, depending on your location and work permit requirements.

We offer a competitive salary range starting at EUR 60,000 gross annually, which may be adjusted based on your qualifications, experience, and location. Please note that the final compensation will be discussed during the interview process.

About This Role
  • Organizational Design and Optimization: Define roles and reporting lines aligned with business strategy to enhance organizational structure and processes, increasing agility for large-scale change initiatives and transitions.
  • Talent Development and Succession Planning: Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and create programs supporting high-potential leaders to ensure continuity for critical roles in the company.
  • Global L&D Strategy: Design and implement global training and development initiatives equipping employees with necessary competencies across the organization.
  • Employee Engagement and Cultural Alignment: Design and initiate global employee engagement programs cultivating a unified organizational culture and fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace across regions.
  • Global Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate with HR operations, HRBP, and regional leaders to share best practices, balancing global consistency with regional adaptability.
Your Key Contributions

You will be responsible for driving strategic and operational initiatives related to organizational structure, workforce development, and cultural transformation on a global scale. Your expertise will help shape our company's future by designing and executing inclusive people development strategies aligned with our goals and structures.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in designing and executing inclusive people development strategies aligned with organizational goals and structures.
  • Proficient English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills for facilitating open discussions, delivering engaging presentations, and workshops.
  • Strong experience in change management (leading organizational change initiatives), L&D (creating and managing training programs), and project management.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify organizational challenges, development needs, and implement solutions balancing business objectives with employee satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with HRIS tools, HR dashboards, and employee engagement surveys.
