Job Description

We're seeking an experienced International Benefits Manager to join our team in Austria. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for the integrated and proactive management and governance of benefit plans and policies for across our LATAM, EMEA, and APAC regions.

This role requires a strong, strategic operator who can mobilize information from multiple sources, manage numerous stakeholders, and make recommendations for existing and new initiatives. You will consult and advise on a wide variety of complex projects involving the design, pricing, and management of health, paid time off (PTO), retirement, and other benefits in EMEA, LATAM, and APAC regions.

You will contribute to the design and management of pension, retirement, and Family Leave Policies and remain current with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs. Additionally, you will deliver internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings, research complex benefit issues, and recommend resolution strategies.

The ideal candidate will have experience implementing and managing Pension, Benefits, and Wellbeing Plans in EMEA, LATAM, and/or Asia Pacific. They should be able to analyze benefit market competitiveness, meet planned objectives, and respond to challenges with a flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Consults and advises on complex projects involving benefit design, pricing, and management.
  • Contributes to the design and management of pension, retirement, and Family Leave Policies.
  • Remains current with benefit trends, legislated requirements, and emerging/evolving programs.
  • Delivers internal programs to educate employees on benefit offerings.
  • Researches complex benefit issues and recommends resolution strategies.
  • Assists with vendor management to ensure alignment with benefit objectives.
  • Manages local and regional benefits programs.
Requirements
  • Experience in implementing and managing Pension, Benefits, and Wellbeing Plans in EMEA, LATAM, and/or Asia Pacific.
  • Ability to analyze benefit market competitiveness and meet planned objectives.
  • Flexible approach to responding to challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
