Wir suchen eine Qualitätsmanagerin oder einen Qualitätsmanager, die bzw. der als Head of Quality Management unsere Qualitätsprozesse leitet und überwacht. Diese Rolle ist entscheidend, um sicherzustellen, dass unsere Produkte und Dienstleistungen den höchsten Qualitäts- und Compliance-Standards entsprechen, einschließlich der Aufrechterhaltung unserer ISO 9001-Zertifizierung an allen Standorten, die dem Frequentis AG Qualitätsmanagementsystem unterliegen.

Leitung und Verwaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems

  • Leitung und Verwaltung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems (QMS) der Frequentis AG, um die Einhaltung der ISO 9001-Standards sicherzustellen.
  • Führung und Anleitung des Qualitätsmanagement-Teams (10 Personen) und Förderung einer Kultur der Exzellenz und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.
  • Überwachung der Qualitätssicherungsprozesse und -verfahren an allen zertifizierten Standorten.
  • Durchführung regelmäßiger Audits und Bewertungen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Einhaltung der regulatorischen und internen Anforderungen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit funktionsübergreifenden Teams zur Förderung von Qualitätsinitiativen und Lösung qualitätsbezogener Herausforderungen.

Qualifikationen

  • Bachelor- oder Masterabschluss in Qualitätsmanagement, Technik oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in einer leitenden Qualitätsmanagementrolle, vorzugsweise in einem multinationalen Technologieunternehmen.
  • Tiefgehende Kenntnisse der ISO 9001-Standards und Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, vorzugsweise mit der Qualifikation als ISO 9001-Auditor:in.
  • Starke Führungs- und Teammanagementfähigkeiten.
  • Hervorragende analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten.
  • Effektive Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit in verschiedenen Kulturen mit vielfältigen Teams und Stakeholdern.
