Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Director of Quality Operations to join our team. As a key member of our Global Quality Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and processes, and for leading our quality function to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of quality strategies and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee the quality function, including quality assurance, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of our business.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure that all quality-related activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the lifescience or pharmaceutical industry, with a strong background in quality assurance and regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of leading quality teams and implementing quality strategies that drive business results.
- Extensive knowledge of GxP regulations and industry standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage teams.
