At Erste Group, we're looking for a seasoned professional to lead our Customer Lifecycle Servicing team. As Head of Desk, you'll be responsible for managing a team of approximately 10 colleagues, developing a desk strategy aligned with our division and bank strategies, and ensuring high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage roles, responsibilities, and task delegation for the team
  • Develop and implement a desk strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience
  • Ensure consistent reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Represent the desk to senior stakeholders, including sales segments, compliance, risk, and IT
  • Implement process improvements and technology utilization to enhance efficiency
  • Contribute to the success and efficiency of the team and processing units
Requirements
  • At least five years of experience in the banking industry, with a focus on process improvement, operations, and/or compliance
  • Leadership experience is an advantage
  • Exceptional knowledge of compliance and legal requirements, particularly related to KYC
  • Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels in an intercultural environment
  • Ability to follow technology trends and identify practical improvements
  • Structured and well-organized, with the ability to present complex topics to different stakeholders
