Strategic Project Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Project Management Lead to join our team at Greiner Packaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management standards, processes, and guidelines for the PMO.
  • Design and implement the Project Management Office, including the definition of relevant KPIs and project prioritization criteria.
  • Advise management and executives on decision-making to prioritize projects in the corporate center and in global subsidiaries.
  • Central coordination of projects to ensure synergies and resources.
  • Monitor the project portfolio with regard to alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Support in coordinating and controlling initiatives from corporate strategy.
  • Support in implementing and executing efficient strategy reporting, including the creation of documentation and presentations.
  • Project management of strategic area projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on project management.
  • Several years of professional experience in project management, ideally in a PMO role, in an industrial company or in management consulting.
  • Structured way of working as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of English.
  • 3-5 years of professional experience in a cross-cultural environment.
