Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Fachmann für das operative Equipment-Management in der Güterwagenbeschaffung. Als Teil des Teams der Rail Cargo Austria AG werden Sie verantwortlich für die operative Abwicklung von komplexen Beschaffungsprojekten, die Einhaltung vertraglicher Konditionen und die Übernahme des Forderungsmanagements.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Die operative Abwicklung von Beschaffungsprojekten, einschließlich der Übernahme von Güterwagen und der Rückgabe von Güterwagen.
  • Die Einhaltung von Zeit-, Kosten- und Qualitätsvorgaben im internationalen Umfeld.
  • Die Übernahme des Forderungsmanagements und die Sicherstellung der Einhaltung vertraglicher Konditionen.
  • Das Marktmonitoring der Beschaffungsmärkte und die Durchführung von Benchmark-Analysen.
  • Die Erstellung von Bestellanforderungen und die Pflege von IT-Systemen bei Bestandsveränderungen.
  • Die Optimierung von fachspezifischen Arbeitsabläufen und die Umsetzung von Prozessen sowie die Durchführung von Digitalisierungsprojekten.
  • Die Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen, Lieferant:innenverhandlungen und der Vertragsgestaltung.
Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder wirtschaftliche Berufsausbildung oder Speditionslehre.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Wagenhalter, Fahrzeugvermieter, Logistikdienstleister, Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen oder Industrieunternehmen.
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen.
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, weitere Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind vorteilhaft.
  • Arbeitsweise überzeugt durch Organisationsgeschick, hohe Eigenständigkeit und Belastbarkeit.
  • Lösungs- und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten.
  • Affinität zu Transportwesen und Logistik in Verbindung mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen.
  • Professionelles Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungskompetenz.
