Job Title: IT Systems Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Journi GmbH. As an IT Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for all office-related hardware issues, including printers, computers, WiFi, LAN, mobile devices, and other equipment.
  • Set up and maintain a comprehensive hardware management system to track and manage inventory, issue, and return of hardware, access rights, and other technical aspects.
  • Manage the meeting room conference and booking system to ensure smooth operation and availability.
  • Support with the technical setup for events, meetings, and other activities.
  • Manage internal security topics, including access controls and security protocols.
  • Organize and oversee maintenance of AC and ventilation systems, door systems, and access controls.
  • Communicate with relevant parties, such as property management and service providers.
  • Perform quick fixes and minor repair work as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and equipment, including screens, new MacBook models, and other devices.
Requirements:
  • Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken German and English.
  • Strong technical interest and understanding, with a tech-savvy approach.
  • Solution-oriented thinker with a team and service-oriented approach.
  • Communicative and positive attitude towards new tasks.
  • Proactive, with a roll-up-your-sleeves and hands-on mentality.
  • Valid Category B driver's license.
  • An EU citizen or a valid working permit for Austria.
Nice to Have:
  • Technical education with a focus on IT.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience in IT support and facility management.
