Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Director to join our team at Journi GmbH.

  • Lead the development of our digital products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and market trends.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams.
  • Analyze market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to inform product decisions.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, design, or business.
  • At least 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a digital product company.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and lean principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with design thinking, user experience design, and human-centered design principles.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Asana, Confluence, Amplitude, and Figma.
