Electrical Solutions Engineer for Green Hydrogen

Key Responsibilities:- Concept design for power distribution and rectifier systems at plant level
- Research and evaluation of potential partners and suppliers
- Defining and creating electrical studies (e.g. short circuit, harmonic, arc flash protection and coordination, grounding)
- Establishing and managing electrical design standards
- Electric system cost and design advisory within sales and execution projects
- Preparing electrical basic design documents
- Creating and evaluating inquiries for the procurement process
- Degree-level qualification in an engineering discipline
- Minimum five years of experience in designing and implementing industrial medium and low voltage power systems
- Proven experience with industrial rectifier systems and/or high voltage (HV) systems is a plus
- Ability to consult and negotiate with customers and suppliers to prepare robust specifications, explain proposals in an engaging manner and present results in clear and factual engineering reports
- Experience to perform acceptance tests and to supervise the installation and commissioning during start-up
- Knowledge about European electrical standards
- North American standards will be a plus
- Experience in the preparation and evaluation of short-circuit and harmonic studies is an advantage

In Austria, we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of 4,112.78 / month for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience, we offer a market-based salary.
