Als Teil des Global Material Group Managements sind Sie für die Warengruppen im Bereich des indirekten Einkaufs bei Doka verantwortlich. Ihr Team entwickelt effektive und globale Materialgruppenstrategien, um Effizienzsteigerungen zu realisieren.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Führung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des Indirect Spend Teams zur Sicherstellung hoher Leistungsfähigkeit und einer effektiven Zusammenarbeit.
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker, partnerschaftlicher Beziehungen zu Einkaufsteams der gesamten Umdasch Gruppe, relevanten Stakeholdern und Lieferanten weltweit.
  • Analyse interner und externer Marktinformationen, um fundierte, Doka-weite Kategoriestrategien zu entwickeln, die eine sichere Versorgung gewährleisten und Kosteneffizienzen realisieren.
  • Verhandlungsführung mit Lieferanten zu Preisen, Konditionen, Qualität und Servicevereinbarungen.
  • Verantwortung für die Umsetzung strategischer Maßnahmen und deren kontinuierliche Anpassung an sich verändernde Geschäftsanforderungen.
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Supply Chain Management oder einem verwandten Bereich.
  • 5-10 Jahre Erfahrung in einer globalen strategischen Einkaufsfunktion, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt auf indirektem Einkauf.
  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in der Leitung und Entwicklung von Teams in einem internationalen Umfeld.
  • Exzellente Verhandlungs- und Analysefähigkeiten zur Identifizierung von Einsparpotenzialen und Effizienzsteigerungen.
